"BANANE METALIK" - NICE TO MEAT YOU LP / Digipak CD (RELEASE DATE: 21/08/2009)

The French band BANANE METALIK has baptised their music "Gore'n'Roll" and describes it as a mix of horror and Rock'n'Roll. Their lyrics are inspired by the horrific culture, exploitation movies and revendicate the refusal of artistic conformity. Along with a go-gore dancer, their shows are real horror films: scenario, make-up, setting...

Their new album "Nice To Meat You" breaths Rock'n'Roll and relevates a slick production on each song. Numerous musical instruments: violin, theremin, organ tortured by a good dose of punk garage, a mexican trumpet from the grave, spices up the songs.

 

 Without forgetting the participation of renounced guests like Loran from BERUNIER NOIR on "Fight la propaganda", Duche from NEVROTIC EXPLOSION and Laurent from MASS MURDERERS on viva Gore'n'Roll, Ella from MADKAPS. The final result is a fierce dog without concession, 15 songs as sexy as macabre.

Here comes Germanys fastest and most energetic streetcore! TOXPACK !! Since 2001 these guys show that there still are bands who live at daytime what they are performing on stage at night. Their sound is a mixture of Hardcore, Punk, Oi, Rock..n..Roll and some say that there..s also some Metal in it. TOXPACK call it: Streetcore.

With their new longplayer „Epidemie“ („epidemic“) the no-surrender-rockers of TOXPACK bring the dirty streets of Berlin to your home. Amazing 12 tracks (+1 bonus track on CD) between melodic streetrock and violent core sound.

 

 TOXPACK has an unbelievable strong standing in the scene. In two tracks they are featured by mates of Pro-Pain and Dicipline. In the fantastic street punk song „No Remorse“ Gary Meskil (Pro-Pain) with his unique voice supports his mates of TOXPACK. This is amazing stuff, folks. In „Steig Ein“ Joost de Graaf (Discipline) joins the 5-header from Berlin and will burn his voice in your head while Erik Wouters (Discipline) will kick your ass with his guitar-solo.

In the CD version you will find the great "Ohne Mich" Videoclip. here TOXPACK present their point of view to todays television program in a great entertaining way with flying TV's, great actors and much to laugh. Good fun. Enjoy the hard concret jungle of Germany's capital.
